Is Swine Flu a False Flag For The Obama Administration?

Does the Obama Administration need a false flag in order to create a diversion from something else going on? Maybe the Administration finally figured out the economy is not going to recover and they are looking for any excuse to blame it on so Obama doesn’t come across as a failure??? I don’t know… I am just planting the seed. You get people to stop traveling and you get people to stop going to malls on subways and stop flying planes… and you get a royal economic catastrophe.

It was also quite surprising to see WHO raising their level to phase 5 yesterday calling this a true pandemic. Then Napolitano announced that all of us should begin putting WHO’s checklist and preparations together. This document here is a pdf file of the official WHO preparedness plan. So what happens during phase 5 and 6?

Examples are the enforcement of quarantine(overruling individual freedom of movement), use of privately owned buildings for hospitals, off-license use of drugs, compulsory vaccination or implementation of emergency shifts in essential services. These decisions need a legal framework to ensure transparent assessment and justification of the measures that are being considered, and to ensure coherence with international legislation (International Health Regulations).

Read that very carefully. In a pandemic, which was declared yesterday by raising the alert level to phase 5, they can enact this at any time. Does this mean we are in a current state of martial law but most citizens don’t know it? If this is what they can do NOW and nobody is protesting, this gives government a perfect opportunity to do what they would like. Is this all just a big paranoid outlook? You make the call.

What seems to be the need to raise levels and control all the headline news with pandemic warning when scientists are calling this a mild strain.

I think what will be interesting to see over the course of the next few days which view the government takes regardless of what scientists are saying. Even a couple days ago there was a report of the strain actually being man made. If it were in fact engineered could it possibly be used as a diversion to something else?
